After eleven years at the club, Aaron Ramsey had his final day at Arsenal's London Colney training ground on Thursday.

Ramsey will officially become a Juventus player on July 1, having signed a pre-contract agreement with the Serie A side in February. 

Although Arsenal still have one remaining fixture this season - the Europa League final against Chelsea on May 29 - Ramsey will not be able to feature in that fixture due to a thigh injury.

It is still anticipated that Ramsey will travel to Azerbaijan to watch the game.  

A player who is hugely popular with many Arsenal supporters, Ramsey made 371 appearances for the club and scored 65 goals.

Ramsey won three FA Cups during his time at Arsenal, scoring the winner in both the 2014 and 2017 finals.

The Wales international, who was especially impressive for Arsenal in the 2013-14 campaign, he showed terrific determination to recover from a broken leg suffered against Stoke in 2010.

Injuries have been a common theme throughout Ramsey's Arsenal career, and he suffered his current setback - a hamstring injury - against Napoli last month.    

Ramsey, who is joining Juventus, will miss the Europa League final because of injury

Ramsey was left in tears as he bid farewell to Arsenal supporters at Emirates Stadium following the final home game of the season against Brighton on May 5.

The 28-year-old will hope to be fully fit for the start of pre-season when he commences an exciting new chapter of his career in Italy.
