Former Liverpool man John Barnes says that he doesn't think that the Reds will match Arsenal's unbeaten record from the 2003/04 season.

Liverpool's biggest test may come in April when they take on second-placed Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.

Liverpool look certain to go onto win their maiden Premier League title with a 22-point gap separating them and Manchester City in second place.

The Gunners went the whole season without losing a game, ultimately lifting the Premier League trophy.

"I think they can go all season unbeaten, but I don’t think they will.

However, Jurgen Klopp's side are on their way to matching that unbeaten record by dropping just one point from 25 games so far this season.

But Barnes believes that Klopp's men will be beaten this season.
