The third international break of the season is upon us, and it may come as a welcome reprieve for Arsenal and Unai Emery.

Arsenal travelled to Leicester in their latest Premier League match, where they were looking to close the gap on Brendan Rodgers' team, who sat in third place in the table.

The Gunners go into the two week hiatus in sixth place in the Premier League ahead of Sunday's matches.

The teenager wasn't named in the squad vs Leicester, but it is understood that the injury is not a serious problem.

The Arsenal midfielder was left out of the squad to face Wolves, but this is understood to be a decision made by Unai Emery, rather than injury enforced.

Rob Holding and Lucas Torreira were both substituted in the second half against Leicester, but no injury has been reported for either player.

But after Emery confirmed that Nelson was expected to return to training in "a few days", the youngster got some minutes under his belt for the Under-23's side against Tottenham.
