Arsenal and Spurs have been told that they must pay €50million to land Lazio goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha this summer, reports in Italy claim.

Strakosha came through the academy of the Rome-based club after joining as a youngster in 2012, and he has established himself as the firm No.1 for the Eagles, having made 122 appearances over the past three seasons.

The 24-year-old kept 13 clean sheets last campaign to help Lazio finish a disappointing ninth in Serie A, while he also won seven caps for Albania.

Arsenal are expected to be in the market for a new stopper, with Petr Cech now retired and David Ospina on the verge of completing a permanent move to Napoli, while there is uncertainty over the future of Spurs No.1 Hugo Lloris.

According to Italian outlet Calciomercato, a move for Lazio’s star stopper will not come cheap as they have placed a €50m price-tag on his head.

The report also mentions interest from another London club in West Ham, who earlier on Friday completed the £24m signing of Villarreal playmaker Pablo Fornals.
